Probably the slowest subway in the U.S. and the service wasn't the greatest!

We stopped in late at night, to get a sandwich to take with us hiking the next day. The young man working was so accommodating, knowing the sandwich would be much better if we kept the vegetables and condiments separate, suggested to put them in to go containers rather than on the sandwich when he was making them - he was right It was just as good 15 hours later as if he had just made it!!

I've been happily eating at Subway for over ten years, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I walked in wanting a sandwich, and the guy behind the counter immediately launched into complaints about people not leaving tips in the cup near the cash register during his shift. He also complained about the long shift. I had to listen to this guy's complaints all the way through my experience, and I sure as heck wasn't going to leave him a penny in the tip cup - I didn't care what he thought of me, whether I was cheap or what. You don't get tips by complaining about tips and being a total PITA. As soon as I got my food and paid, I heard a loud argument between this guy and the manager. Apparently he had left the bread door open AGAIN. That said - the sandwich was great, so it wasn't a total loss. But I'll never go back to this place. I even sent corporate a complaint, and haven't heard back two weeks later. Obviously Subway is busy looking for another pedophile to be their spokesman and have no time to deal with customer dissatisfaction. Quizno's, here I come! Skip this dump.

I don't normally write reviews for these type of chains, but WTH? It's Subway. Why are your 6 inch subs freaking $5?! A 12" sub should cost that much?!?!?!

I'm so tempted to give this a one star, but the girl was friendly and at least made an attempt, though it was ineffective. The sandwich I took from here was the worst I've ever had from a Subways. I had the egg and cheese on an english muffin. She initially took it out of the oven area, but saw something wrong with that muffin and threw it away. She went to grab another one from the freezer, and then proceeded to thaw it in the microwave. Problem was that she over did it and the top muffin came out hard. I gave half my food to our dogs. My husband's turkey sub with avocado was fine. And I'll confirm with the other reviewer that this location does not participate in the $5 footlong deal. My husband's turkey breast ended up $13.

The food is good. But the prices are horrible. The line was out the door. Plus, the people were the exact opposite of nice. The location doesn't have good parking, but their is tons of fun things close to it. If you don't care about anything but the food, then come here.

Not my first time to Subway nor not my first time to Estes Park, but was being a fan of subway and hungry while in Estes Park I thought I would give it a try. Going inside everything looked very clean and a good atmosphere, however, everything seemed to stop as we walked up to the counter. Employee's were a little less then "friendly" and the sandwiches were not made well at all. We asked them to be toasted and I think they were taken out way to early so the meat (on our "hot" subs) were not hot at all (we bought 5 total sandwiches -- they were all like this). To top off our visit, when we went to pay instead of giving us the "meal" price he charged us individually for the subs, chips and drinks. I didn't notice this until after the fact, so brought it back to his attention but insists the price was correct even after I pointed out the price on the board and receipt were completely different. Sending a letter to the management today, so hopefully I get a response but don't plan on eating at this particular subway again. FYI - Both Subways in Estes Park are owned by the same people.
